“Disabled Person” Vehicle Sign

Objective

Issues “disabled person” vehicle signs to disabled people to allow them to use the parking areas designated for the exclusive use of disabled people.

Targets

Overseas South Koreans reported to be staying in South Korea, or foreigners listed in the foreign registry, who have a walking disability; one sign is issued to one such vehicle

Issuance Procedure

A specialist doctor's diagnosis certificate proving that the person concerned has a walking disability should be submitted to the relevant eup, myeon, or dong office.

Required Documents

Disabled-person registration and service application (provided at the eup, myeon, dong, and gu offices), diagnosis certificate of walking disability, domestic-dwelling report or foreigner registration certificate, and vehicle registration certificate
